Forgot your password

If you have forgotton your password, follow the steps below to recover your password.

  • 1. Provide Username to recover password.
  • 2. You will be prompted to answer a security question which you supplied during registration.
  • 3. If you answer the question correctly, a new password will be sent to your email.
  • 4. After you have logged back into Reading Screening with password sent to your email account, you have the option of returning to this Guest Services page to change your password to one of your choice.
