The two sample reports below are actual reports that were generated for two individuals who completed the Reading Screening assessment. For the purpose of confidentiality, the names have been changed.

The Summary of the Assessment report that is provided at the end of the Reading Screening is intended to provide you with important information regarding your child or student's abilities that are important for reading. Any weaknesses can have an impact on your child or student's reading skills. You can visit the CARRD web site for assistance in determining appropriate intervention strategies if it is necessary. The Summary of the Assessment report can be used to begin a discussion at your child's school or as a starting point for further diagnosis.
